基隆市立武崙國民中學 Positive Mental Health Promotion
在國民中學既有架構中,以身心健康為目標,發展一套能操作的課程。分為「鍛心聯絡簿」、「舞臺心成就」、「動動好心情」、「教養療心法」及「心惺相惜箋」等五方案,以正向心理健康促進調查問卷作為量化工具,檢測方案之有效性,以期服務各興趣性向的學生。
The curriculum is designed to promote both physical and mental well-being through five programs: “Mind-Strengthening Contact Book,” “Stage Heart Achievements,” “Enhancing a Good Mood,” “Education and Healing Methods,” and “Cherishing Notes.”
