回收樹木修枝，製造木家具、生物炭、木酢液清潔用品，推動資源利用，減少浪費。整合多個業態，創建完整生態系，開發各式商品。計畫中重要的一環即是透過校園的教育推廣，向下扎根，利用環境教育課程搭配木工坊實作活動，引領孩子們對環境教育的認知。
