由老師依據對孩子的認識,設計該班某幾位孩子特色之遊戲課程，為孩子創造展現優勢之舞台，藉此幫助兒童自我認識，進而提升兒童提升自我的成長動機、與磨練自己的決心。同時刺激其他孩子實際經驗多元性格的價值，建立人人平等、多元價值、團隊互補的概念。
Each class is based on the teacher’s understanding of the children, designing a game class that is unique to certain children in the class, creating a stage for the children to show their strengths, and helping the children to understand themselves.
